Using Perslace Intelligence

Perslace Intelligence provides briefs, recommended actions, findings, anomaly review, plan evaluation, and historical simulation. Use it to support human investigation—not to approve financial or operational changes.

  • Administrators: verified role for the reviewed features
  • Finance users: only through an authorised, verified Perslace account role
  • Managers: access to Perslace Intelligence is not yet verified

Before you begin, confirm that you have:

  • Current transaction data, schemes, and assignments
  • The organisation’s default currency
  • A defined question with a clear scope and period
  • Access to the authoritative source reports
  • Authority for any downstream decision
  1. Open Perslace Intelligence.

The Perslace Intelligence landing page and prompt area

  1. Review Today’s Brief, Recommended Actions, and Recent Findings.
  2. Ask a focused question that identifies the required scope and period.

Data-safety warning: Never enter passwords, API keys, personal data, raw transaction records, or client-confidential information into a prompt.

  1. Compare the response with the authoritative scheme, Dashboard, report, and a representative sample.
  2. Open Anomalies and choose the correct period.
  3. Compare Revenue Contribution with Compensation Share, then review Rules Evaluated and Rules Triggered.
  4. Use Comparison, Copilot, Evaluate Plans, Continue Working, AI Memory, and FAQ only where your organisation has verified the feature and your access.
  5. To check a scheme against historical months, open AI Impact Simulator (AIS) and select the relevant scheme.
  6. Choose an objective: Cost Reduction, Improve Fairness, or Boost Motivation.
  7. Choose a scope: Organisation, Branch, Group, or Individual.
  8. Choose a period: 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, or Custom.
  9. Review the baseline, overlap warnings, scope preview, and available risk, fairness, cost, and optimisation information.
  10. Record the finding, authoritative evidence, currency check, and human verification.
  11. Never apply a scheme, payout, or operational change based on AI output alone.
  12. Administrators can review the available Copilot, tolerance, anomaly engine, stale nudge, guidance, and Company Knowledge Memory settings.

Verification required: The exact availability and behaviour of these settings must be confirmed for your account and current product version before they are changed.

The insight or simulation is documented with its scope, period, source comparison, currency check, limitations, and accountable human decision.

Important: The Perslace interface advises users to verify critical information. AI output is not an approval or authoritative financial record.

  • Product review found a No Active Plans recommendation even though active plans were visible elsewhere.
  • Product review found INR in an AI surface while the organisation currency was USD.
  • This Help Centre uses Perslace Intelligence for the wider AI-assisted suite and AI Impact Simulator (AIS) for historical scheme-impact simulations.
  • The Intelligence settings page showed Unsaved changes without an intentional edit. Stop and investigate before saving if this occurs.

Compare it with Commission Hub and the employee assignment dates. Treat the authoritative scheme and assignment records as the source of truth.

Use the organisation currency and authoritative source report. Do not act on an AI-generated amount until the currency is reconciled.

Recheck the scheme, objective, scope, period, overlap warnings, and baseline data.

Confirm the selected period, source-data freshness, account access, and whether the relevant Intelligence controls are enabled.
