You can identify the main product areas and know where to start a data, configuration, commission, reporting, or employee task.

  • Admin is a high-access role with settings and billing access. Grant it carefully.
  • Finance user is a documentation persona, not an observed selectable role.
  • Access may differ by role and subscription. A complete permissions matrix still requires verification.
  • This Help Centre uses scheme in general instructions and retains Plan when referring to an exact interface label.

Ask the Primary Admin to confirm your role, permissions, and subscription access.

Confirm that the workspace contains the data or configuration required by that page. If it should contain information, record the page name and contact your Primary Admin or Support.
